Social media profiles for our famous chefs!

The students in class today used their research on famous chefs in American pop culture to create mock social media profiles like those of Facebook or other international networking sites. The students really seemed to enjoy blending last week's technology theme with the theme of culinary arts, which we are studying this week.

 Students used their colorful and interesting profiles to help explain to their classmates how these chefs became famous, what kinds of foods they are best known for, and how they share their recipes and expertise with the public. I think that everyone was very surprised at how these chefs started their careers just like normal people and then rose to fame through hard work, rather than just luck. Great work, class!
